I think "falling off the wagon" means stopping drinking for a period of time and then starting up again when you don't intend to. When you start drinking again your falling off the wagon.

Once an alcoholic, always a recovering alcoholic who is only one drink away from "falling off the wagon". Drinking until one is drunk is both immature and irresponsible. Eventually you will have to stop or die trying.

What you need to do is:
First get an eye bolt. 2nd. screw it firmly into side of wagon. 3rd. Fetch your most dependable leash from your owner. 4th. Secure leash tightly around your neck. Lastly.. snap clip on leash into eye bolt. Problem is solved, no more falling off the wagon!
