Cause Spanky (cute kid) is on a mission!

He wants to defeat the bullies by going into their backyard and showing them that the Rascals are not goin to take it no mor !

well, when the one or two wars you've already starting are losing their luster you just kind of want to have a fresh start by invading another country.
