Try Always Overinght Pads with Wings. Gotta have the wings! They're long and come in thin or thick, whichever you prefer.

A pad product called Always has a line of pads for heavy flows. It is designed specific for heavy flows. They call the product Maximum Protection.

I don't know a pad brand, but playtex makes suerplus tampons, and tampons are much more comfortable than a pillow in your pants. But if you need pads for the night, I reccomend always.

I don't use pads or tampons. I use an amazing product called 'The Keeper' www.thekeeper.com
Try it, it really is the best thing ever. I have no leakage, no gross crusty blood stuck to me, no bad smell, no vaginal dryness. It is amazing.

well, i use tampons
just get the super absorbancy in whatever you like
if i had a heavy flow, i would get some with wings
