Take the numbers you were given and placed them in order from least to greatest.
102, 105, 113, 119, 123, 131
Then add the two center numbers which are 113 and 119 and divide by 2.
Median = 113 + 119 divided by 2
Median = 232 divided by 2
Median = 116
Easy, right?

Let the first number in the sequence be x=102, we can express the sequence as followings:
x, x+3, x+29, x+17, x+21, x+11
The sum of these six elements is S = 6x + 81. Dividing S by 6 we receive the median:
S/6 = (6x+81)/6 = x + 13,5 = 102 + 13,5 = 115,5
You could verify the result given with the calculator.

Just put all of the numbers in order and the one in the middle of the list is the median. In this case there is no number in the middle so you average the two in the middle to get the median.
102
105
113* 116=median
119*
123
131

To find the median you have to add all the numbers together and when u do u get 693. Then you have to divide by the number of numbers you added together so there were 6 numbers. 693/6=115.5. So, the median is 115.5 and if you round then it is 116.
