I'm still glad I voted for him. Am I happy with everything he's done? No. But if someone said they were 100% happy with Clinton, then they'd be lying.

Point is, of the choices, I think he's done more of what I wanted than Gore or Kerry would have done. Not saying Gore or Kerry wouldn't have done good things, but my important beliefs have matched Bush in some of his important decisions (Supreme Court nominees, Stem Cells, abortion), but I'm not happy with No Child Left Behind, our borders, or spending. Which I'm guessing would have happened with Gore or Kerry.

I also think the war was the right thing to do. Yes, there have been problems, but every war has problems. And I would literally bet my house on this fact: If the press wanted to win the war, Americans would still be supporting it.

Despite his relatively poor performance in his second term, I'm still glad I voted for him instead of Kerry.

To this day I still think Kerry would have been a disaster. Certainly his public statements we've heard since then gives me no reason to change my opinion.

Still better than limp-wrist Kerry or Mr. Roboto; Gore.

I'm also interested to know this, in general. More people voted for him than appear to currently support him.

never once regretted it. im happy there is someone in the white house who can finally keep it zipped up and do his job and provide a bonafide defense to al qaeda. all that and he can handle the mindless and incessant liberal whining. its a good package.
