what do you think is better and why glasses or contacts?

Contacts definitely once you get used to them it's easy,
Keep them clean, take them out at night & you shouldn't have any problems.

Well, I've gone through periods of wearing both.
The contacts were kewl when I was single and active.
However, the dangers are far greater with contacts.
EVERYTHING that gets on your hands or in your eyes can be absorbed by the contacts and eye infections can result. Plus, you risk scratches or ulcerations on your eye if you get something between your lens and your eye. The eyes can get irritated at the drop of a hat!
Now, though, I have reverted back to glasses.
Glasses don't interfere with my medications, and overall cause much less trouble!

Better as in use? Probably glasses, contacts can cause bacteria in the eye and have all kind of eye problems.

As for looks, depends on the person. some people look better in glasses and can pull them off well.

In my opinion contacts, once you get used to them they are easy to put in and you don't have to wear any glasses. I hope this helps =)
