i wear a 34C and i hate them! i feel like my boobs are so huge!! is there any other way for my boobs to get smaller without breast reduction?

If you are overweight, working out and losing weight will make your breasts smaller.
If you are a healthy weight the only option is a breast reduction.
How old are you?
If you have back pain you could get it covered by insurance. If you are under 18, they might not do a reduction unless it is affecting your everyday activities, but they can be done!

Have you tried a minimizer bra? Maybe you should get a bra fitting done. Its amazing what a properly fitted bra can do to make you feel more comfortable. I was an F and shrank to a D after having my daughter and losing weight. A D's ok for me but having massive boobs was so uncomforetable especially when my bras didn't fit right. Although my boobs seem to be coming back again! Oh no!

No there isnt, Some people if there over weight or have put weight on, there chest gets bigger...If you dont need 2lose weight then maybe buy a different type of bra that holds them properly & maybe makes them look less big

no i fell the same way. i have really big breast too. just be thankful that you are not flat chested.
