When I'm thinking of popular Irish rock bands, since maybe 1990, I come up with four:
U2-Sunday Bloody Sunday, New Year's Day
Flogging Molly-What's Left of the Flag, Drunken Lullabies
Dropkick Murphys-The Warrior's Code, Salty Dog
The Cranberries-Zombie

theres a band called the Drop Kick Murphie's, a punk rock band, they have an irish song or two, im not aware of the name of the song but i know it was featured on the Departed movie
