Okay all you people who answered something to the effect that global warming or some such.
I'd just remind you that the people in the midwest are most likely very thankful for global warming right now. Think about how much worse the ice storms could be. Goons, Are you even on the same planet as we are?
God's wrath will end the rule of man on this planet, His wraith against mankind for turning their backs on Him and His commandments. If you wish more detail I suggest you read Revelation and you will get all the gory details. This however is the end of the age which I'm pretty sure your referring to.

When the sun swells into a red giant about 4.5 billion years from now, it will devour the Earth. We'll have been long gone by then.
It's survived some pretty massive impacts from asteroids, comets, etc. Mankind will never end the world with pollution or bombs.

Looks like everyone hit the nail on the head.
Human stupidity, greed, and possibly a huge meteor or collision with an asteroid. Between what's on TV, in movies, and what we put into our mouths (and call it food), it's no wonder that people are thinking about the end.
Let's just hope that we don't ever live to see it. It would be quite a mess.

One of the crazy countries or terrorist groups in the middle-east will attack Israel, then America and England will come in to defend, then Russia and/or China will get involved. Viola! World War III, and the end of the world.

Well there is alot of Factors out there, There is you Religious ppl there that say that Jesus will come back and destroy us all, Or the Sun will do its thing, and Fry Us all, or a HUGE *** Comet will come and END IT, however you think it will end, I dont know when or how but it WILL end

we will most likely do ourselves in. most likely a nuclear holocaust due to a mix of policits and religion all mixed into world war 3, especialy since most countries hate america right now.
