The bear is obviously the winner. it has thick fur with fat-padding underneath to resist wolf bites. It outweighs the wolf seriously so when it strikes it has enough force to crush a wolf's skull. It has a stronger bite force. It has a longer reach. It has an all-round advantage so it is hard for it to lose.

On a single match either black or grizzly will take out a single wolf, since both bear species are larger and stronger than a single wolf, but in a pack, tables can be turn. Although it most likely it would take a larger pack to take down a grizzly then it would a black, since grizzlies are larger and stronger than the black bear.
