$132 is a fair price for a master cylinder replacement. The job involves replacing the master cylinder as well as bleeding the brakes so that sounds like a reasonable price to me. I've been a mechanic for over 25 years.

Brake master cylinder: 1.5 hours labor plus parts.
Clutch master cylinder: 2.0 hours labor plus parts.
I'd buy the parts from an after market source because they work OK and Mists parts are way over priced.
