UHMmm! Let's think back just who really started this war to begin with? And where has the support for our troops and veterans gone? Since, we are not leaving Irag anytime soon, why not put our energies into supporting our troops out there and our veterans here, instead!!!
Did we forget that day on September 11? I personally, don't think Bush would have gone into Iraq unless he had viable reasons to do so.
It's really disturbing to see my country bashing their own President. If we're not supportive of our President, then were obviously not supportive of our troops, who enlisted to support this country.
President Bush had to do something to show the world this is serious and that terrorism is not just in the U.S.A. And then Homeland Security was established. Which should have been, 20 or more years before he came into the white house.
Let's not forget that Clinton knew about osama bin laden. Where was he while osama was planning this?Got A Solution?

BRUSH PIC: I knew about the Clinton activities, not all though. You obviously have proven that VOL is wrong on his conspiracy theory.
Stop mocking me by repeating what I asked in every ???? paragraph.
I NEVER SAID I WAS FOR THIS WAR, AND I DON'T HAVE TO AGREE WITH EVERYTHING MY PRESIDENT DOES. IF HE'S SO TERRIBLE, THEN WHY THE HELL IS HE STILL IN POWER.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE'S RIGHT TO IMPEACH?
sounds like someone else is running the country, doesn't it?

It's starts with the 2000 election, which the liberals claim (falsely) that Bush "stole." Every legitimate recount, from the Miami Herald to the USA Today, found that Bush won the popular vote in Florida in 2000.
And, of course, Bush followed a president who was extremely popular with the liberals, who were actually jealous of Clinton for getting so much more sex than most of them could ever hope for.
And liberals hate war, even when it is necessary. John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and most of the rest of them voted to give President Bush the power to invade Iraq, based on the same information Bush had. But the liberals conveniently ignore that little reality.
But on the other side, the conservatives bashed Clinton for eight straight years; and so much of the Bush hatred is payback for that.
My only conclusion is that I'd hate to be the next president, especially if it's a Democrat. The bashing of Clinton and Bush will pale next to what the next president is going to face.
Vote for Rudy!

Many people bash Bush because of a 9-11 conspiracy theory where the government knowly allow terrorist to fly planes into the WTC so he could invade Iraq for oil leading us into another Vietnam. I personally think everyone in top political positions have alternative agenda's that they want to pass before their time is up in office. The truth is we shouldn't be in Iraq but Afghanistan trying to find Bin Laden the one behind Sept 11 unfortunately he whole region is anti American and anti Israel so it would be difficult to counter attack on country without a their neighbors getting involved.

Did we forget that day on September 11? No Ma'am I haven't. And my family has changed dramatically because of it. My daughter and my son have both joined the military and are standing up for their country like I could only be proud of and just as their ancestors did. It brings tears of joy to even be able to see them in that light.
And if you have been in Iraq, then you really know what those Iraqi's go through on a daily basis. They are tortured by Al-Qeida every day of their lives. If they don't listen to the regime, their families are tortured and raped and killed. I think that there is alot more to the story than we know about and we can't really say more, as I respect Mr. Bush completely and I think that he absolutely is acting in our best interest in trying to keep us safe as a country. They will continue to be a threat until they are brought down. There is and will be no peace until it happens.
You wont catch me calling my president names. I don't agree with everything that he has done. For instance, I say - NO AMNESTY. NO WAY. Not happening. And I will complain about it endlessly but I will not call my President names.
Not so with the infidel before him though. I called him alot of names. I still do. :)

There are few exceptions in either party that would not continue the same failed policies as Bush for the simple fact that they all are being financed by those same interests that put Bush into the white house.
With the exception of Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich this is a FACT.

"Did we forget that day on September 11? I personally, don't think Bush would have gone into Iraq unless he had viable reasons to do so. "
I'm sorry but what Iraq has to do with 9/11. The question is 6 years after 9/11 why havent we captured osama or what is the progress at ?
Exactly, what was the reason to go invade iraq ? WMD ? where is it ? The cake from Niger, where is it ? Our troops are bogged down in a civil war and not to mention it is draining our financial resources, very wastefull, this is a quamire - another vietnam.
"President Bush had to do something to show the world this is serious and that terrorism is not just in the U.S.A. And then Homeland Security was established. Which should have been, 20 or more years before he came into the white house."
The US has always been under constant terrorist threats except 9/11 happened because Bush was slacking on the job - ignoring FBI & other countries intels of an imminent attack on US soil. Does this lack of judgement showed how good of a commander-in-chief he is or just a incompetent one ? Is he the best commander-in-chief that America can offer in this desperate time?
Homeland security is nothing more than a beauracratic & no-good-for-nothing agencies, just disband it.
"Let's not forget that Clinton knew about osama bin laden. Where was he while osama was planning this?Got A Solution?"
Yes he did, he knew Al-Qaeda is a threat to the US.
"... the Clinton Administration made numerous efforts over many years to thwart bin Laden and Al Qaeda:
1.The CIA created a virtual station to track bin Laden.
2.American diplomats pressed Sudan to expel bin Laden.
3.State Dept. circulated a dossier that accused bin Laden of financing radical Islamic causes around the world.
4.NSA eavesdropped on telephone lines used by Al Qaeda and broke up one Al Qaeda unit as a result.
5.Ordered cruise missile strike on Al Qaeda camp in Afghanistan.
6.The United States disrupted other Al Qaeda cells, and got several Al Qaeda members prosecuted in Egypt.
7.President Clinton approved the use of lethal covert force against bin Laden and a dozen of his top lieutenants.
8.Four times Clinton authorized the CIA to kill or capture bin Laden.
9.The C.I.A. stationed submarines in the Indian Ocean to track bin Laden's movements in preparation for a cruise missile attack.
10.The White House asked the Joint Chiefs of Staff to develop plans for a commando raid to capture or kill bin Laden. The Pentagon balked.
11.Clinton administration tried to choke off Al Qaeda's financial network by threatening states and banks with sanctions if they dealt with the terrorist group.
12.In 1999 and 2000, some $255 million of Taliban-controlled assets was blocked in United States accounts.
13.Arrested Ahmed Ressam when he tried to enter the United States in Port Angeles, Wash., on Dec. 14, 1999. Ressam had 130 pounds of bomb-making chemicals.
14. In March 2000, the FBI, started a series of anti-terrorism seminars with agents who headed the bureau's 56 field offices, encouraging them to hire more Arabic translators and develop better sources of information.
15.The FBI asked for money for a computer system that would allow various field offices to share and analyze information collected by agents--the Republican Congress initially said no.
16.In September 2000, an unarmed, unmanned spy plane flew over Afghanistan searching for bin Laden.
In October 2000, the administration unsuccessfully tried to kill bin Laden. "

If you have to ask "why all the Bush bashing", you have obviously done very little reading in the last 7 years. There are plenty of articles and books available to you that will answer your question. I suggest you read more.
