Just about the entire western world practices Capitalism. Some more viciously than others. The U.K, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and of course the Dutch who invented it. The list goes on and on...

Capitalism...almost all have capitalism. Its easier to name those that don't: Cuba and North Korea. Even Communist China has private enterprise capitalism now, so does Russia. There may be a few in addition to Cuba and No. Korea that don't, but almost all the others do--and some have mixed systems, like Sweden and Switzerland have socialism in some areas and free enterprise capitalism in others. You could say England, France, Germany, Canada, Japan, Mexico, all have mixed systems.

And note that Capitalism REQUIRES competition. It is not an option, it is a necessary condition, like oxygen is to living things. And in this country, the USA, we do not have capitalism because the economy has been allowed to concentrate into a small number of oligopolies that do not compete, they fix prices, the market never sets the price, the sellers do, so if somebody ever tries to tell you that the US has capitalism they are misinformed. Its Oligopoly.
