I got a white zit looking thing on the right side of my penis shaft and Im worried. I dont know what it is. I think it might be hair but im not sure. It has a white head on it, it cant be an STD since im a virgin

Since you haven't been sexually active it's less likely to be serious but it would be a good idea to get it checked out to pinpoint the problem and at the very least relive your worried mind. In any case you should really have it looked at. It could be something like a penile pimple or a cyst which are totally normal but the only way to solve something like this is by going to your doctor.

It's probably just a pimple. I've had a couple of them. Seeing that it has a white head I would try to pop it. It will hurt some to pop it, but then it will go away.
