if she washed her car with ur water n soap??
the kids are old enough to take care of themselves but they just need an adult around so the nanny really doesnt have to watch them just be there in case anything goes wrong

I had a nanny for 13 years (she still even works for us), and she did a lot of things I don't think my parents would have been pleased about, but she was a great nanny, and I loved having her take care of me. My parents trusted her with me, so they kind of looked past the bad things she did.

I would never have a nanny, but if I did I would want her doing her job, not washing her car. I wouldn't really care about the water and soap, as much as I would care that she's ignoring the kids.

What are you mad about???
Was she ignoring your kids while she was washing her car?
Did she leave a pile of soggy towels on the driveway for you to pick up? Leave the hose strung out instead of putting it back?
Has she done stupid things in the past & your getting fed up?
If your answer to these is "NO", then you need to ease up. You said yourself that she really doesn't have a lot to do. You're making it sound like she had sex in your bed or something!!!!

why would i be mad?....maybe if i lived in the city and had to pay for my water, i would want the nanny to pay for the water, but not here, we have our own well.

I would only be mad if she did it to take advantage, show that she's not just the help, or it kept her from doing her job.
