If you have a kennel, whenever the puppy bites you can tell him "don't bite" and kennel him. If he bites when you have him on your lap you can tell him "don't bite" and then set him down and not play with him for a little bit, so he associates his biting with losing the opportunity to play. If he continues to bite, you can grab his muzzle in hour hand and squeeze with a slight pressure (you don't want to hurt him) and say "don't bite" each time he bites. These things worked with my dog when he was a puppy.

I clapped my dogs as puppies as well and they don't bite. I don't smack them around. I have very well behaved dogs. They love our family. We love them. It shows. I spank my boys' hands when they reached on top of the stove or tried to put their hands in the electrical outlets saying no, no. I squeezed their mouth gently and said no when they tried to bite and toddlers do have a biting stage. You just have to let them no who is boss. Too many kids bite even as teens and too many dogs bite even when grown. Teach them when they are young. Gentle but firm.

What I do when training my dog's is--when they bite, I put a few fingers sideways in their mouth (not down into their throat, but hooking my fingers behind their large canines) so they cant bite down and hurt you. They dont like it and usually try to pull away. They learn quickly that if they bite, I do that annoying thing, so they stop biting and nipping.

Train him or her to stop biting, or lock the puppy in a room for minute if that doesn't work give the puppy food, but don't over feed the puppy.

As this is under the San Antonio travel area of YA, I would have to assume the puppy is either traveling through San Antonio or biting people in San Antonio, in either case, just pull it's teeth, then it can only gum people.
