I need help anwsering two questions.

1.) How is the formation of mountians belts related to tectonic plates?

2.) How could it be possible for a mountian range to be continually pushed up but not getting any higher?

The forming of mountain belts are related to plate techtonics because it is one or more plates colliding into another (convergin fault boundary) Pushes the plate upword creating what we call mountains.

well for your second question, a mountain range can be continually pushed up but does not gain any height because the rate of erosion is = or faster to the rate of "growth" in height. water is one of the most eroding natural causes land faces.
