It's a verb, "Point Gaming" and in Yahoo Answers, it can get your account suspended.

Point Gaming is where you have more than one Yahoo Answers ID. Your "New Lib" ID for example, and at least one other one. You ask questions with ONE ID and answer them with the other, then award yourself "Best Answer" over and over. This makes one ID gain an incredible number of points and you go up several levels without actually earning those levels.

Yahoo Answers just had a pretty comprehensive purge recently, a lot of so-called "Top Contributors" were suspended for doing what I describe above.

Another shabby practice is to just keep answering with "I agree with you"s to literally hundreds of questions, with no reflection on what the person is actually asking. By the law of averages, if you answer a couple thousand questions a day in this manner, you are bound to pick up quite a few "Best Answers".
