Does being shocked stop your testicles from working properly?

I have been shocked pretty bad lately and was wondering if it has any ill affects to producing a baby or such...

Or shocked like a car battery with electrodes attached to your sack?

If it is the first one, then you should be ok. If the latter, then I would have either a doctor or electrician check you out.
