Hi,
I usually go to be around 11pm and get up at 8am. It is the same time most nights. But I am always tired and drained the next day. Ive tried earlier bed times but i dont actually sleep for about 3 hours anyway.
I find this to be very annoying during the day and i find i forget things too. I hope i can sort this out soon as i have Maths GCSEs (important exams!) in January and i dont want to snooze my way through them.

You should indeed see a doctor. You could be anemia or hypothyroid or a number of other things could be going on. You may just need to find a way to relax before going to bed?

I used to have this problem.
Do an experiment, where you go to be at around 8:30ish and wake up earlier than usuall. And make sure you eat a breakfast complete with lots of protien and carbs. And make sure you take your viatamins, especially viatamin B, it gives you energy.

I'd suggest you see a doctor or at least your school nurse.
