There was a troll who used to frequent P&S -- I can't remember his name for the life of me -- but the last "question" I saw of his was him saying good-bye, explaining that Yahoo! contacted his ISP and asked that they have him stop creating accounts on Y!A. The ISP, in turn, contacted him at his work, and demanded that he stop coming on to Y!A or they would drop him as a customer and he would have to pay the early termination fee on his contract.
Whether or not that is a true story, I can't say. All I can say for sure is that he posted it, and I haven't seen or heard anything about him since.
