Find the perimeter of the triangle shown in the figure.

Note: The triangle shows the following numbers on each side...
top-4; left-square root 5(negative sign in the middle) and sqare root 3...right-square root 5(positive sign in the middle) and square root 3...PLEASE HELP!

Ok so you add 4+(sqrt 5- swrt 3)+(sqrt 5+ sqrt 3).
Since there is a negative and a positive square root of 3, you can cancel them out because added together, they = 0. Also you can group together the square root of 5 because square root of 5 plus square root of 5 = 2 times the square root of five. (just like 2+2+2= 3 X 2)
You would get 4 + (2 X sqrt 5)
