I was just wondering because I am not sure when it would be best to do so.
And how long should you wear a tampon for? Some people say 4 or 6 or 8. Which one is right?

You should change your tampon every 6 hours at most or sooner if you're heavy. I change in between classes or at lunch.

In highschool I would come to school with a fresh one. I would change it at lunch or during my class closest to lunch. If it's near the beginning I changed it twice to be safe. I always wondered why I never heard anyone talk about it!

count out how many hours u go to skool and do it somewhere in the middle about 5-6 hours (if its light) 3-4 (if its heavy)
thatz what i go by.

i use it at 7am, and i usually change it at lunch (quarter of 12)

tampons should be changed at least every two hours, any longer than that and you risk toxic shock syndrome.
