I just get sick of how all the teens are the same, and adults, also how if you want them to be fat how it's just their stomach that's bulging.

open up your cheat window and type help then theres a cheat called stretch skeleton. Thats the one to make them shorter or taller. The only way to make them truly fat, is with a mesh. insiminator.net has tons.

As far as weight (and probably height) is concerned, there are some meshes you can download (the site http://www.modthesims2.com has some) to change the appearance - sometimes default - of the Sims. Downloads are free, but you will need to register.
