I would dress nice, but not over the top. I think slacks and a dress shirt with a tie is a good way to go. Looking presentable never hurts, but looking like you just rolled out of bed could. Good Luck!

At a minimum, a nice shirt, tie, and nice pants. It is probably best to wear a sport coat or suit jacket as well. Basically, you want to look as formal and professional as possible. Wear what you would wear to a professional interview and you should be fine.

A button down shirt, dress slacks and shoes. Khakis and polos are acceptable.

If you have a job which requires a uniform, that is another appropriate choice and tells the judge you have a job.

Dress like you have great respect for the court. That means a suit, WITH a tie. Judges really do care about stuff like that, it tells them a lot about your basic attitude.

purple plaid shouldn't offend everybody. what's offensive in courtroom: shorts, turn-flops, undies, sagging pants, hats, ripped outfits, etc. something which you may experience ought to offend the courtroom might in all risk do so. rather some human beings dress poorly for courtroom by way of fact they're uneducated or they're attempting to deliver a message that they do no longer care on the subject of the criminal gadget. don't be one in each of them, and you will stand out.

Well Richard when you go before the judge be clean and respectful to start with and dress Conservative be clean shaving and hair groomed and be open honest and remorseful if guilty and if not have dam good Lawyer

Something very conservative. A suit if you have one. If not, a pair of dress pants (your best) and a clean shirt (tucked in) and tie (borrow one if you have to). Also, shower and shave.

you need to where slacks and shirt and tie or a polo shirt with no pic on them or emblems. no sneakers no white socks. you need to be in plain business attire. keep it low key but professional.
