Yes, there is.

It is called "Les Amis du Velosolex" and it is part of the National Autocycle & Cyclemotor Club (N.A.C.C.)

Monty Pythons Flying Circus used to show a group I think called "Hell"s Granny's" or something like that ......

you may look into a 1% electric wheelechair group as well .....
