Are you sure you mean tin(IV) carbonate? I'm not sure it exists.

Find number of moles.Multiply by 4 to get number of moles of electrons needed.

1 mole electrons= 1 Faraday = 96,486 C

That's all! Everyone thinks these problems are hard, but if you just treat them like any balancing problem, and use the idea of a mole of electrons, the difficulty evaporates.
