The biological weapon-type monsters? You know, like the monsters in the Resident Evil games. Not exactly the zombies, I mean the monster monsters. Like the hunter, and all those type of things. (If you play RE, you should know what a hunter is). Do you think monsters like that can exist someday if created by man? I can see it happening someday, quite possibly even has already happened, only kept quiet by the government and all them.

Well they cloned Dolly the sheep and she went wrong so whats to say they have not already cloned a human and they went horribly wrong?

Animals affected by biological or radiation weapons will get cancer and die, or, at the very least, become sick and weak. That is what they are designed to do. Even if they were affected, what makes you think they will become murderous killing machines? They could just as easily become gentler creatures who would like nothing better than to sit around drinking cocktails on the beach. But then, that would not sell video games, would it?
