I've always wanted to be in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. It's been my dream ever since I can remember (I'm 16 now). I wake up early every Thanksgiving day and while others are sleeping in, I watching the parade. Just to see everyone there smiling and having a good time just seems like fun and makes it a special time (while I'm stuck around ba-humbugs who don't even want to watch Charlie Brown with me!). I have been in a parade once though. It was a Christmas parade in 2001 in Downtown Augusta, Georgia and I was an angel. It wasn't that grand, but it was fun. Just to even attend the Macy's Parade would make my day... but to be in it would be awesome (whether it's just waving to everyone from the float or even playing my piano or guitar on a float).

In it!! You don't get to see the parade if you are in it.. but you get to see all the people watching and having a good time.. kids waiting for candy, everyone waving, etc.. and that is actually more fun that watching the parade!

interesting question and so is every other one you ask and it is a question of who plays who is this to be the one we ask?
Should a artifical tree be replaced for the real one some would wonder or does it ever come to the truth of it all when its in the heart of it all? The questions do show me much and yet so little, it shows me a path of one and of many and a cast of none top little to late maybe but its never to late also for a second chance as some would know so well. i find in it all we start where we begin watching the steps of the ones who direct the parades lol

Definitely in the parade.
I was lucky to be part of the
West Indian Parade a few times.
Its the largest parade in the world.
Labor day in Brooklyn New York.
Come next year and bring Jake.

I would rather be in the parade letting everyone admire me, but if it was a summer parade i would be the one squirting everyone having a good old time.
