The perimeter is equal to twice the width plus twice the length. The perimeter is 120 and the width is 24, so the length must be 36. Now you are asked to find (in effect) the hypotenuse of a right triangle with sides 24 and 36.

H = sqrt ( 24² + 36² )
H = sqrt ( 1872 )
H = about 43.3 feet.
