Wow! There is an amazing amount of mis-information out there.
1st a bra isn't going to stop you from sagging at 50, in fact some feel bra will actually cause sagging because you no longer use you pectoral muscles. Whether you have always worn a bra or always gone braless, age and breastfeeding will naturally cause your breasts to sag, skin simply losses elasticity and nothing short of surgery will change that.

2nd A 30C cup is a lot smaller than most people imagine (a 36C cup is NOT the same cup as a 30C in fact it's more like a 36A because the band and the cup work together not separately). See the Isabella link "Bra issues and remedies"
Band issue #2.

3rd If you like the way you look without a bra then your fine. Bras like all foundation garment change your shape so clothes look "better". Even Gwynth Paltrow admits to wearing 2 shapers at once to get back into jeans that were too small.

No you don't NEED a bra. You can wear one if you want. But bras are not necessary, they are a recent invention anyway.

It has been demonstrated that bras inhbit breast development and cause tissue to become lazy, bra wearers are more likely to suffer from saggy breasts than those who dont. Bra's can contribuet to breast cancer. Bras inhibit movement. Be Free, Be Braless. Check out www.antibra.com

do you feel as if you need a bra?
are you uncomfortable by the end of the day without one?
would you rather not wear one?

do you find if difficult to find nice looking ones that fit?

It's all really up to you, sweetie,
but most C cup girls (especially down and the 30 end) would wear a bra most of the time.

You do not ever "need" to wear a bra, it is completely optional. It will, in the long run, perhaps help with your long term posture, but it is completely up to you.
I would recommend it, but it does not have to be anything fancy or uncomfortable, just a sports bra will work.

Yes! Everyone needs to wear a bra! There are a few girls that are an A cup that can get away without wearing a bra but most people can't. Its gross & unattractive. Anyways thats my opinion :)

The answer seems to be yes. But what I wanted to voice is: Why hasn't the bra technology/industry advanced all these years? I mean comon, looking at my girlfriend wear them, they look so uncomfortable. They advance in so many arenas, why doesn't someone consider redesigning the damn thing?
