hey im 15 and i recently got my 1st job and it is at galaxy cinemas and i work in the concession.. i mildy studder and am a bit shy.. how should i overcome this and become better at my new job??? thanks

You should be able to get speech counseling for your studder. To overcome your shyness, you just have to make a concentrated effort. The fact that you want to be good at your job is a good sign.

My son had the same nervous
feelings at his first job with a
fast food restaurant.
