With help of the United States and the EU. For example, after the intell came out on the the Iran nuclear program, first thing VP Dick Cheney did was call Israeli PM and inform him on a "problem" according to CBS news last week.

Probably from the US. don't get me wrong I love this country but we are the largest arms dealers in the world. Israel having nukes has kept Iran at bay and have bought us time to find another solution other than troop involvement. Think about it, How did they get the nukes?

Oh, and lots of incentive from the surrounding Arab countries sworn to Israel's annihilation.
