Oh yes, and if I am not able to wash them for whatever reason, I whip out my hand sanitizer and a paper napkin and clean my hands. Germs are on everything, especially computer equipment and other people's hands.

I'm hands down for good hygene. Unless I don't have anything with me (which doesn't always happen), I wash my hands before I eat or use hand sanitizer... I know that there are germs everywhere, so I don't have a phobia or anything. It is a proven fact that it helps against germs... especially with cold/flu season and other diseases such as MSRP/Staph going around. For example, I have way better hygene than my brother and he is sick a lot (throwing up/colds) and the only time I was sick this year was a couple weeks ago when I got a stomach virus (which my bro had a few days prior). The last time I was sick was 2001 when I had pnemonia, which was actually Thanksgiving that year (I remember b/c I couldn't eat any good food). Oh, and maybe a year or two before that, I had food poisening from a Chinese place. Other than that, I've never really been sick exept for allergies or female issues.

I wash my hand 99 percent of the time before eating.
I also bring hand santizers with me if I feel I will be eating on the go.
I get sick once a year, some years twice a year.
Yup Germie Phobia here....

Not all the time, when I'm sure I haven't touched myself or anything else contaminating. Most of the time, yes. I get the cold about 4 or 5 times a year, and the last time I was seriously ill was 2000. Mild pneumonia.

yes i always wash my hands ..every time i get home from somewhere i go straight to the sink! and i haven't been sick in a long time and it just feels better to get the germs off your hands!

yes, i do wash my hands: before i eat, after the bathroom, etc.
i only get sick about once a year, seriously...i have allergies, so it's not really like flus or colds. but i get a REAL cold about once per year.
