Because that is the way it works? Commanders rotate home, take other commands, get promoted, have family events, retire etc etc. The military also likes to send in fresh people for new ideas and to give other top officers experience.


Another example of a Lib with no clue, no experience in what he is blathering about, making comments. Reagan was right. Its not that liberals are ignorant, its just that they think they know so much that is just not true!

You mean how 18th Airborne Corps is about to take over? It's standard procedure. You can't expect units to stay in Iraq under stoploss indefinitely.
