Yeah !! of course its normal. I started at 12, I'm 16 now.
You can do it most places private in your bedroom, shower, bathroom, etc. Whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy.
Masturbation is not weird, its a part of normal life that all teenage boys go through.

It is very normal and you should masturbate as often as you feel like it. At 12 and 13 that could be 3 or 4 times a day. A good place is anywhere that provides you with privacy. Masturbation is a form of sex and should be personal and private. Any other questions feel free to ask. A few other notes. It is good for you, it helps to control those erections during the day, it has no bad side affects, and it is not a sin.

Absolutely normal, you are entering puberty. Do it in the privacy of your room, bathroom or where ever it is private. But please clean up after you are done, don't leave it for your mother to pick up your socks if you use them to catch your spun k in or any other cloths. Have at er and enjoy your youth.

I think so! I started at the end of 5th grade and havent stopped! A good place to do it would of course be your room but also the shower.....that is if it locks! It is nice and private!! Safe from people walking in on you!!!
