I'm in a video productions class and I have an assignment to make a short film about anything. The only mandatory thing is that we must reverse all of the footage (so, for example, if i want it to look like the actor is walking normally, while filming he must really be walking backwards). I really really need help coming up with an idea for the plot, please keep in mind that all of the acting will be done backwards. Thanks!

Maybe a magic act? Get your audience to do their clapping then surprised look :-) Simple tricks won't be hard to fake on film in fact you can make it old time style, no sound. Just flash dialogue on the bottom or add old time music to it.
You do a bar scene but your patrons would have to have liquid in their mouths to put into the glasses as you film... gross, but funny.
Playing frisbee or ball in the park? Not sure how to pull that off. Running track would be funny.
I think you need to find a concept you can work with before finding a plot thn it will all fall into place.
