first off why would you want to, i mean guys love little waists. but im sure if you went to a gym and built muscle on your side abs it would appear you have a thicker waist

your waist will get wider as you age.
If you are still too young, you might not have reached the full growth of them
But as you grow older they will get wider

i dont think so. i use to do 800 a night and they made my stomach smaller. i dont think they make your waist wider..
