Rock in Rio - for years i'd written maiden off because they went to the 3 guitar format with Janick, and it's been my experience that 3 guitars = muddy sound, but last summer i bought the Rock in Rio dvd, and after viewing that , i think it was a great move on the bands part to add him. Soundwise , he just brings another element into the band to fill out the Maiden sound, and him and Adrian and Dave never step on each others parts, plus - Janick has that rockstar "showmanship" thing going on , and has all those classic rock "moves" without appearing to be "contrived". If you don't have it , get that dvd , you'll see what i mean.

1; as of songs, there's too many-Flight of acarus, # of the beast, Aces High,....
2; I'd say the drummer, (Nicko McBrain) I met him & he's a real nice guy.
