Wal Mart has ovulation kits so which you may purchase, which will help coach once you're ovulating. The previous vogue way is to take your temperature first project on a daily basis, and while it is going up then that shows which you're. Plus yet another project is, often 10-14 days previous your first day of the final era is the time you're maximum fertile. stable success!

There was no possible way I could pinpoint my ovulation before. My cycles were wacky at 33-170 days! I certainly didnt want to stick my fingers up there every single day for 170 days or until whenever AF showed up. I dont even think I was ovulating at all. When you have really wacky cycles that are super long.. it probably means you arent ovulating at all
But ever since I started taking Agnus Castus (Vitex) my cycles have been regular! I started taking Vitex on around CD47 or somewhere around there, no AF in sight. Exactly 2 weeks later I got AF!
Then on CD19 I clearly ovulated and on CD31 I got AF again!!!!!!!!!!! 31 day cycle YEAH!!
This month I ovulated on CD16 and I'm at 7dpo :)
I really really think that the vitex helped me a lot. I'm clearly ovulating now when before I would never see EWCM ever! I never really bothered to check for it before though because I never knew when AF was going to show up.. so unpredictable!
I suggest that if your cycles were just as wacky as mine were that you try getting some Vitex, or you can go on a B-complex multi-vitamin Ive heard that the B vitamins help even your system out and lots of women have gotten more regular cycles from taking them

I get my Vitex super cheap from this place online. I believe they even take money orders. It was fast shipping and WAY cheaper than you'd find in any store!

Good luck!!!!!!

Edit: Even if your cycles aren't as irregular as mine were, Im sure a Women's multi-vitamin will help you! You could also get Vitex but start off in a really low dose since your periods aren't too irregular. Small doses of Vitex are also found in popular fertility vitamins like Ovulex and Fertilaid and is actually the "main" active ingredient in them.

If you like to drink tea, you could try drinking Green tea or Raspberry tea, Ive heard lots of women TTC who drink that stuff. Also trying to cut down on carb-loaded foods like rice, pasta and bread during the first 2 weeks of your cycle should help also. There are many ways you can improve your cycles, you just gotta do a little research and see whats right for you.
If you think youre ovulating, go baby dance now! Even if your cycles are irregular you'll have a much better chance of getting preggers if you have sex regularly :)
