If you are having 'normal' 28 day cycle on your medication then your period should have arrived around the 26th November so it looks as though you have missed it.
If you are having protected sex then it is unlikely that you are pregnant. It may just be a hormonal 'glitch' which can happen even in women whose periods are usually regular.
Not knowing what medication you are on makes it difficult to comment too much but I think it is worth seeing your Dr for a quick check up to put your mind at rest.

EDIT: Utovlan (Norethisterone) is a hormonal medication that is often used to stop periods if bleeding is very heavy but can also be used for dysmenorrhoea (painful periods). This may explain why you have missed your period. I don't think you should just start the tablets again even though they are in date. You really need to go back to the GP and let him know what has been happening. It sounds as though you may need a different medication. If you are just wanting to regulate your periods then the contraceptive pill may be better but you need to speak to someone who knows your medical history and who can prescribe something suitable.

You could be pregnant as NOTHING is 100% effective except for abstinence!

You could be getting it at any time now as well.

Stressing about something can also delay your period.
