It is really the PC brigade who is causing all the racial tension in the UK.
As a lot of people, from different ethnic backgrounds, have said that they are not offended by other peoples culture or belief.
So why are the PC brigade so hell bent on aggravating the situation by banning things in case people who wont be offended are offended.
It's a form of racial hatred by the PC brigade isn't it.
If one form of religion is to be banned then surely ALL must be banned.
The only people who would be offended by Christmas cards at school are the people who don't get one.

Wouldn't you agree that the world used to be a hell of a better, more peaceful place before all this PC bulls-it cropped up? I find all these desires not to offend highly offensive. These generally speaking bleeding heart liberal PC tossers have completely lost the plot because they fail to take one very significant factor into consideration: human nature.
Let me get this straight: us Christians aren't supposed to celebrate Christmas anymore -that's more or less what all this crap boils down to- yet a teacher in Sudan goes through hell for offending Islam by naming a f-cking TEDDY BEAR Mohammed (whoops...I wrote his name down...are they gonna come after me now?!) It all seems a wee bit hypocritical, don't'cha think?
Tell you what: I will continue to do, say or THINK whatever I f-cking WANT TO whether it offends anybody or not. You don't like it? Leave the room, or better yet, go back to wherever you came from, Jack. 'Cos I was BORN an educated, outspoken, arrogant, opinionated sonofabitch and I'm going to die one as well, I thank you. I'm no racist, folks -we're all the same under the skin- but it seems to me that most of these people immigrate to escape repression, right? So why is it that the immigrants can essentially force the same kind of repression on us? It makes no sense. I'm a big believer in "when in Rome", meself. But when your beliefs are so extreme that you're ready to chop the heads off of people who disagree with you, that's where I gotta draw the line.
Who knows? I'm no fan of the Commies, but maybe they were onto something with essentially banning religion and practicing faith. Correct me if I'm wrong, gang, but the majority of the squabbles over the years have been over religion, haven't they? I choose to practice my faith in private, and maybe it's high time everybody else did too.

They haven't banned xmas cards from our school, or any of the local schools around where I live. And we all have Nativity plays - I saw ours yesterday. My kids do however attend a Church of England Primary School - lol
I think the media has made a mountain out of a molehill as usual, and I think where it is happening it is PC gone mad.
I can see why they wouldn't want xmas cards in a predominately Jewish or Muslim school and that's fair enough, but in other schools with mixed religions and cultures, it is enough for parental wishes to be given ie: if they don't want their child to receive cards or be in the Nativity, then the teachers make sure the parents wishes are taken into account.
There's absolutely no need to ban anything, it just inflames prejudice.

I was so happy that my daugther's xmas play this year was traditional.Last year, with another head teacher,it didn't have the same feeling. It felt a bit to PC for my liking. This year was great tho.Old fashioned and wonderful for the children. My little one had a speaking part and it was a pure joy to see how happy she was at saying her lines.
The danger is that we will TOTALLY loose the whole meaning of Xmas. For me,the school play WAS Xmas.I don't need anything else since watching those wonderfully happy kids.If the PC (Proper C*nts) get their sick and twisted way, children won't know what Xmas is all about. Why is our culture being destroyed?
The problem is,no f*cker has got the balls to stand up to them...if they do tho, they're accused of being RACIST...Its so back-to-front.Who are the REAL racists. The f*cking PC pricks, thats who
The UK is f*cked up to the eyeballs. Its all happened since that
self-rightous prick Blair got in.Now we've got Gordon (Is a Moron) Brown ;things can only go from bad to worse. He's weak, and as his name suggests, full of s hit.God help us.We are more f*cked than f*cked.

P.C brigade should be put in front of firing squad. You now have to be so careful what you say. I get texts, I'm very careful who I send them to, people just have NO sense of humour these days. Every body seems to gets offended at the drop of a hat.

I was born a long time ago at Christmastime,in a Christian country called England and called Christine. All the Christians in this country called England sent Christmas cards and presents to each other, it was called 'tradition'.
2000 years before that a baby boy was born in a different country in a place called Bethlehem and he was called Jesus and people brought him gifts and that's where our tradition started and because we believe in that - we will carry on this tradition and won't listen to the PC Brigade !!!
WILL WE?

There soon won't be any celebrations of any kind Sweet and everything we once new as British will be gone forever and what a sad place it will be. The PC brigade won't be happy until they have taken us over completely. Whatever happened to 'live and let live', freewill and especially 'when in Rome'..........

God these people think they are doing good when in fact they are making the situation more difficult. If people are offended then that is there problem not mine. If I or someone else wants to give out cards they should.
There is no freedom of speech (or anything else) with these people.

I know. Most Christians, agnostics and aethiests sren't offended by people of other people's religions, and the majoirty of people of other faiths such as Muslims aren't offended by the Christian faith.
I believe that banning things like the religious aspect of christmas - which is what christmas is all about, even for people who don't believe in god, like myself -is encouraging intolerance. It's like they're being apologetic about our country's faith and customs and traditions, which we shouldn't be. I think it's ridiculous.

There is no such thing as the 'PC Brigade' this term was coined by people who are fed up that they can no longer insult people because of their race, religion , sexuality etc.
There is no such evidence outside the Daily Mail circulation that nativity plays are being cancelled or that you cant send christmas cards anymore. This is simply propaganda that is made up to stir even more tensions about immigration.
I have never been to a nursery school that has banned baa baa black sheep either.
