The same thing I would do if a white man or a woman became president of the US. I would just go on living my life.

Run for the hills because the country will implode. Most americans can't stand seeing black people with a car. Like the other answer said, he would be judged by the experience of bad black mayors and he wouldn't vote for another black. Now we have had only pathetic white males for president and most set the country back but every election each white male is judged on his own merit. Obama will here alot about bad black leaders something none of the white candidates will be compared to---not white world criminals, or corrupt presidents, or sex scandal govenors. Unfortunately the only viable ticket is clinton and obama in either order but americans will need a white male on the ticket if you are to become president or every perceived mistake will be because of his mud race. Nevermind black people created civilization and built america for free after being forced to come here.

The same thing I'd do if a white man became president (again). I'd say, "I can't wait to see how he's going to improve our country."

What difference does the color of someone's skin make? If they're qualified, then they're qualified.

I don't vote for ANY candidate based on the color of their skin, gender or sexual preference. I vote for them because I believe they are the best candidate for the position. I certainly hope you do the same.

It would depend on the man. If Colin Powell, or Tiger Woods, got the job, I would stick around, and let the good times roll. if Obama got the job, I'd leave the country. If Al Sharpton, or Jesse Jackson, got the job, I'd be sitting in a school book depository window.

"a Black man"?

Do you mean the one who's considered one of the front runners?

Although I prefer Edwards, and wish Obama had waiting to get more experience, I prefer him to Hilary or any of the Republicans running.

Do?

I'd continue living me life.

I wouldn't do anything in particular.

Not everyone is a brain-dead sub-human who thinks that a person's race has any meaning.

As much as I hate admitting it... AND I DO... I have to look at all the cities that have had black mayors and how GOOD the first one was and how crooked the later ones were. I have to conclude that Obama would be a GOOD President... but I sure wouldn't want to vote another black into office after him.

Absolutely nothing! What does race have to do with the way a person runs a country?

If you are going to use race as a determining factor for your vote, at least vote for Dr. Alan Keyes.

Think of him based on his ideals, decisions and actions. This might be the most ignorant question ever!!!! Why does his skin color effect any feelings you have towards him? The fact that you even asked that question really bothers me.

do a little dance the carry on with what ever i was doing, why should the colour of a presidents skin affect how you feel about him, an election is to dicide who would be better at the job not who looks better.
