Since i've been about 10 or 12 (i'm 28 now) I stand in front of the mirror or when i'm cooking in the kitchen and will pretend i'm hosting my own show. Now that I have a family and children- i don't do it outloud- but rather say it in my head as i'm cooking dinner.
