Uhhh yes he is an adult and she is only 15 thats a child..ummm WTH was ur son thinking? So ya if they do press charges they can use the dna from the baby if he lies about being with her and i am sure he is going to get some charges put on him..and live his whole life being a sex offender....

Don't know your laws, but the parents or the state can press charges in Louisiana based on statutory rape. It doesn't matter if she was consenting or not, they can charge the guy based on age. If parents allow them to marry then the state cannot file charges. Hope this helps.

The age of consent in Illinois is 17. If her parents do not press the issue it should be alright.

Okay yes they can because she is a minor regardless of if it was consensual sex but either way if they ( parents) don't the Courts can because it is against the law.
