By now I'm pretty sure that your friend has it all figured out. When you build a closeness with someone you have a connection with that person even when the connection has been broken or interrupted. She knows the what's, whys and ends and outs of the situation and holds no accountability to you whatsoever because friendship can't feed you or pay your bills but the love she has for you is not lost...

Tell the truth. That is the best thing to do. IF THERE IS TRUTH TO BE TOLD. Sounds like there is no truth here.

Rumour is rumour, it may be slanderous, mean, rude, and very definately is based on 1/100,000,000 of the truth.....meaning rumours are based on LIES.

The truth hurts. There are many things that most people cannot contend with, your opinion, the truth, criticism and other peoples troubles,(particularly yours). They can say and do all these things to you, but, you must,nt do them or tell them.Keep your secrets and let them suffer the consequences, its the only way some of them ever learn. As for telling your boyfriend anything, are you mad!!!! you will probably dump him next week.

Keep quiet. You use the word rumour so unless you know this information is factual just keep your mouth shut. It may back fire on you!

Rumors are not good, even if it's the truth. You don't want to be responsible for someone losing their job - so forget it and keep your mouth shut.
