On Paint Shop Pro 7 how do you.............?

in paint shop pro 7 how do u make a picture less than 20 kb??? anyone pls help!!!!

i need to make sure the pic is no more than 20 kb.. any 1 pls help me....

Two options:
1) Resize. You actually limit the size so it is smaller. "Save as" new name and check with windows explorer to see the actual size.
2) Save as a jpg and set options. There you can set compression. Up to 70% works just fine. "Save as" new name and check the size in widows explorer.

You can combine the two options if need be.

As you may notice I don't trust the build in size mention of PSP. It more than once is wrong specially when you did some work on the picture and that kinda is the point of PSP.
