All clots are normal, though biggish ones are more during a heavy period. And there may be other health issues involved.

yes, clots are normal. If you have a lot of them, it is likely because you do not drink enough water, so your blood is thicker and clots more easily.

yes very small ones. this is the tissue of the lining of your uterus which is being shed, so don't sweat it.
