The chances of it traveling through his jeans and your jeans and undies would probably be very remote but if it was almost naked dry sex? I'd say there's a chance- unless your underwear is made from latex. He doesn't have to be inside you for his sperm to find a little wetness to swim in

How old are you? Sounds like you should not be doing anything sexual...especially if you can't spell PREGNANT.
