i have endometriosis and i still ovulate but i just cant get pregnant. if you know for sure your not ovulating then go to the docs but if you have not been seen about it then it could very well be endometriosis and that is why your not pregnant again.

I thought the same thing. I had been pregnant about 2 years ago, miscarried and thought I would be able to get pregnant again with no problems. Well that was 2 years ago and I still wasnt pregnant. I thought everything was ok since I get my period every month at the same time. I was wrong. I started charting my temps and could not detect ovulation. I finally went to the doctor who did a cd 21 progesterone test and confirmed that I wasnt ovulating. She put me on Clomid and I am now 8 weeks pregnant. I suggest charting your temperatures to get a better idea of if and when you do ovulate. Good luck!

Lee,
Not necessarily true. Irregular people have what called anovulation bleeding not a period.
Irregular periods and not ovulating can happen for any reason. I had a child 18 years ago and ever since then I've had irregular periods, but regular in a sense that they are every 60 days instead of every 30, so its seems I ovulate every other month. Good luck

Not necessarily, stress can make you not ovulate, obesity can change things dramatically too. Early menopause also, that may run in the family. Stress is the big one or you body may only ovulate one every 2 or 3 months. It could be these things or others, see your gynecologist .

I wouldnt worry... usnless is happens alot. Then I would call your Dr. I randomly miss a month since my baby. & i have a friend who is over ovulating... having 2 or 3 periods a month since her baby. It sometimes takes awhile for your body to get back to normal.

Not necessarily- I have two girlfriends who had no trouble having #1, but had to go on Clomid for #2.
See your doctor.

you can have a cycle once in awhile that is annovulatory without too much worry
stress, hormonanal problems etc. can cause this. if it occurs a couple cycles in a row you should discuss it with your doctor.

You shouldnt be having any children. Seeing as you asked a question on how much to ask for in a divorce 1 week ago http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As595DDUfvpwTaa74L.wd.Dty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071204123555AACsFun, you and your husband should NOT be thinking about adopting. Also, you have no health insurance http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As595DDUfvpwTaa74L.wd.Dty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071029110741AAfQrEj. You shouldnt be having children anytime soon. You already have 4 kids. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As595DDUfvpwTaa74L.wd.Dty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071204123555AACsFun
